  • Polyphasic Sleep

    I had a thought maybe “the secret” is Polyphasic Sleep. A number of famous people mentioned in the trailers are said to have used polyphasic sleep in their lives, including Leonardo da Vinci and Thomas Edison.

    Polyphasic sleep is where you can reduce the amount of time you sleep, by taking a number of power naps of around 30 minutes throughout the day.

    There is little scientific proof available which suggests that following these sleep patterns are either healthy or produce a more alert mind which some practioners suggest.
