Rethink Your Understanding of Vibration by Liara Covert
    January 24th, 2008 under Articles.

You may recall that The Secret encourages you to raise your vibration in order to help you realize your dreams. At the same time, you may be asking, what does this really mean for me? What can I do and how?

Your body generates energy. You emit frequencies based on your thoughts and emotions. Your aura reveals the kinds of energy that you generate, but you may need to evolve in your level of perception to notice this level of detail. Are you attuned with the nature and consistency of your behaviors in other ways? You can learn to read energy vibrations or “vibes.” You can make correlations between how you feel about yourself and the kinds of events that unfold in your life. You can learn to change what is no longer compatible with who you are.

One perspective of The Secret is to love everything and everyone. You can walk away from or even selectively overlook disharmony if you choose to focus on something better. At the same time, recognize that the cost of ignoring the true source of any discomfort will bring in more experiences that cause you more discomfort. You aren’t meant to avoid what makes you feel dissatisfied or uneasy. This is an invitation to learn more about you. The more you learn about you, the more likely you’ll realize your underlying purpose.

Who Are You & Why Are You Here? by Liara Covert
    January 16th, 2008 under Articles.

These may strike you as trick questions. You see, being alive implies you are still figuring out your answers to such things. You evolve only when you feel ready to do so. The Secret to living a different kind of life than you have before is the willingness to examine the basis for how we think. Are you ready?

Your answers to your own self-investigation will change with time. How you react to change, how you choose to perceive yourself and your journey, all influence the paths you will take. Will you find your life easy? One would hope not. It is only through a sense of hardship and experiencing mistakes or failure that you can learn to see yourself and the world you create differently. Self-growth is the fundamental goal.

If you create the belief you are sick and will not heal, if you decide you are not worthy of something or, feel so guilty about aspects of your past you would like to die, then you are missing the point of your own discomfort. It is always a clue to what lies beneath your feelings. Why not choose to proble deeper inside yourself? You have the power to create the life you truly want. It simply requires a bit of discipline, patience and desire to learn. The Secret to self-discovery is learning to listen more closely to yourself.
