Everything you see and experience results from your thoughts. No exceptions. Your feelings reveal your real thoughts and whether they cause you discomfort. How well do you know yourself? When you don’t share an attitude expressed by others, you weaken it. You may underestimate the power and impact of your thoughts.
If you choose to judge others, then you will be judged by others. This also means underneath these negative feelings you project on others, you really judge yourself. If you choose to express compassion, then you will experience what its like to be a focus of compassion. Its a question of realizing that your words reflect your state of mind.
Consider what you think and express most frequently. What kinds of vibes are you sharing or giving off? Many people identify themselves with their thoughts. You are exactly what you believe you are. To love and respect yourself doesn’t necessarily reflect conceit. It could also be a healthy perception. Know that you can change your thought process anytime, anywhere. Its up to you.
