Challenges You Create by Liara Covert

The Secret recounts a story of empowerment. What does it teach you about yourself? Whom do you believe gives you the free will to raise self-awareness and determine whether you will change your life? To whom do you feel you’re disrespectful if you don’t chose to value your potential for personal growth? Queries may echo in your mind, as you contemplate where you are what you wish to do next.
You create challenges within yourself when you fear adapting and adjusting to life. Change is the only predictable aspect of life. Social infrastructures and mindsets have been devised to promote an unrealistic sense of security and to mask changing reality all around us. Humans can’t prevent change inside themselves or in their environments. Nonetheless, this is the ironic mindset of many decision-makers and other people who crave permanence. They grasp at straws.
The misleading reality we’re often taught is that freedom is drastically restricted by governments and other institutions for our benefit. Freedom is actually framed in the minds and imaginations of individuals. Ideological differences among cultures and peoples could be very problematic, if we forget our powers within. Its up to each of us to raise self-awareness, to refresh and renew beliefs that are conditioned from external sources.
What you believe you can do, what you determine is possible, is ultimately limited by yourself, your mindset and attitude. Create challenges if they motivate you, but not if they prevent you from extending self-knowledge and redefining a sense of freedom.

Anything is Possible by Liara Covert

The Secret underscores the importance of training yourself to be consistent about your beliefs. What are you doing to raise your self-awareness? You’re supposed to grow to recognize that you have inner power to invite people, circumstances and opportunities into your life. You’re supposed to recognize that where you are and what you do is no accident. You’re also supposed to recognize that you can move outside of vicious circles, rise above the past, extinguish self-defeat, self-doubt and negativity.
It is your time, not simply to approach the truth, but to realize you have the power to create it from the inside out. This isn’t hocus-pocus stuff. How would you interpret your present and what will you envision to shape your future? You’re a force of energy. You define and reach a specific goal or set of goals through different initiatives in different directions. You exert power over your opinions and choose how you will prepare and learn. As you reach out, the universe resonates with a reflex reaction. What you think consciously may differ from your true feelings.
Rhonda Byrne, author of The Secret, defines her key message as the value of the law of attraction. This is the principle that “like attracts like, one of the most powerful laws in the universe.” This is constantly working, and frequently in flux. Each person permits him-or herself to be affected by external elements and conditions. Its how you react to what you desire, whether you share part of yourself to something or someone first, as if you were offering something in exchange for the realization of a hope or dream.
We attract into our lives the things we want, and that is based on what we’re thinking and feeling on a subconscious level. Faith needs to be nurtured and traditional time frames ignored or disregarded. Recognize that the universe works in its own way on its own time. We create our own circumstances by our life choices. The choices we make are fueled by our thoughts, which means we should never underestimate the power of our thoughts and how attitude can shape our reality. If you truly believe, anything is possible. All you must do is alter your mindset. As you start an inner quest, its up to you.

The Freedom to Choose by Liara Covert

One of the ideas presented in The Secret is that we’re all in a position to exert power to change our feelings and reactions. We can learn not to react to our circumstances with anger, blame or fear. In our quest to create harmony, to attract opportunity and to increase our self-awareness, we can cultivate inner strength and belief in our abilities.
In order to invite all the wonderful things into your life which are desirable, its useful to recognize and admit where your negativity or doubt gets in the way. It’s also useful to convince yourself that you know what to do through self-inquiry. As you learn to examine individual situations, you may discover the truth or answers you seek are hidden. Ask yourself whether fear, desire or ego cloud your judgement and prevent you from perceiving the route or answers of choice.
If you wish to influence your personal growth and take advantage of your freedom to choose, it will be of benefit to learn to listen and hear without resistence. Then, you will benefit from opening your mind and learning how to think and understand in positive ways. You can be free to pose questions for clarification. Finally, you will benefit from learning to digest all you have learned and discover much of what you’ve heard you already know.
Ultimately, it’s simply a question of evolving to peel your own imaginary onion skin of resistance. Whatever you tell yourself you can’t do or achieve, you need to override doubt and believe you will. As you grow to observe your inner world more objectively, you’ll learn to apply it to your external world and translate your beliefs into your reality. What motivates you is something you can visualize now in order to bring it within reach.

Step Up to the Task by Liara Covert

You may be the sort of person who decides, “where the will exists, you’ll find a way.” It’s not everyone who expresses that kind of determination. If you become engrossed in a situation and seek to work it out at all costs, then you may find yourself searching deep within for answers. How patient and open you are will influence your results.
Rhonda Byrne’s book, The Secret reminds us that we can attract and generate the amount of courage necessary to manage and overcome any difficulties we face. As you recognize the strength of your feeling of involvement, you’ll discover you can tap into positive feelings inside that matter. Learn to extend the power of intention from inside yourself. Tell yourself that you are up to this task and you will simply accomplish it based on beliefs.
I was moved by the use of the word “try” by Dr. Michael Bernard Beckwith, a contributor to The Secret. During an interview, he reminded readers his definition of this term is ‘to fail with honour.’ In essence, word choice demonstrates you will anticipate failure, which is another way to invite it into your life. If you evolve to express strong and sincere feelings which are more goal-oriented rather than failure-oriented, your results will change.
Above all, teach yourself mental attitudes can change and you have the ultimate power to change your own. Highly desirable qualities may be developed over periods of months or years, but that isn’t to say you won’t accomplish great things quicker within you. In all likelihood, you may not go to bed tonight as you are and wake up at the height of enlightenment it takes others years to achieve. Yet, your road to greater self-awareness begins and ends with you. The length of journey matters less than what you learn.

See What You Choose to Believe by Liara Covert

Living the life you lead isn’t something you’re forced to do. In fact, it’s something you choose to experience on a regular basis. How often do you sit back and realize that? Many people spend their whole lives riding a wave of external events and not noticing what’s going on inside of them. The question is, will you be content being such a person or, will you seek a very different kind of life experience?
Free will is a distinctly human trait. Whether you use this to your advantage is another issue altogether. First, you must define the concept and parameters of advantage. Next, you need to determine if you exert enough effort and believe strongly enough with respect to approaching your point of reference. Will you grow to understand that you see what you choose to believe? Will you accept that the relationships you nurture are based on people you invite and attract into your life?
Over and above all that, the Secret brings you back to the goals of your inner self. What is it that you feel compelled to do to make your life seem more real? Who will you reach out to next and when and where? How you see yourself now in comparison to where you wish to be? These are the kinds of questions which will enable you to advance on your own inner plane of self-understanding and fulfillment. You are the master of this side of your destiny. You can choose to create a sense of serenity or any other environment that nourishes or challenges your soul.

The Experience We Call Life by Liara Covert

No matter where you are, it’s clear you aren’t yet finished what you’re here to do. You know this better than anyone, but you may not be as honest with yourself as you’d like to be. External conditions and people may influence your mindset. Why might you hold yourself back? How did that frame of mind evolve? What are you willing to do about that?
Let’s examine this experience we call life. Part of you might be a seeker of short-cuts. If you search out the shortest path, did you not imagine this might also be the least rewarding? The answer, of course, is not always. The choices that bring you most benefits are those which raise your self-awareness to new levels, however long they take and whatever obstacles you’re brought to face. You create all the illusions and your answers.
Perhaps you begin to realize that becoming more conscious of your own experiences and feelings is permitting you to reach new milestones that you identify of your own accord. As you open your eyes, you’ll recognize you’re growing in stages and making discoveries you may never have thought possible. Rather than dwelling on what you aren’t doing and where you’re not going, you may finally be arriving at a point of understanding all those perceived defeats and failures were actually blessings. After all, its as the result of what you’ve done that you have arrived where you are. What does your latest attitude reveal?
Now that you no longer live as you used to do, that you no longer think as you did in the past, maybe you’ll feel empowered to re-orient yourself in space and time. Consider the opportunities in front of you begin with what you choose to seek, and what it would take to finally feel as though you “have it all together.” What is it that you sense would enable you to feel more fulfilled? If feeling complete is your goal, remind yourself your state of being is created by your frame of mind. Its understood that you’ll arrive at that place you aim to discover. Look inside yourself and realize you’re already there. It’s time you boldly explored larger realities. If you will permit me, I’ll gladly hold your hand and guide the way.
