Penney said don’t be afraid of changing jobs. “Take a position at a lower salary, if necessary. If you lack the courage to make the plunge, stay where you are. But blame yourself, don’t blame the job. Remember that desire is not determination. They both begin with the same letter, but they don’t end on the same pinnacle of success.”
